Refund policy

What is your return policy?

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please e-mail shopharleyrey@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.

Returns are for exchange and store credit only. All requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the order being received. Please e-mail shopharleyrey@gmail.com for approval. Returns that exceed this limit will NOT be accepted. At this time, Harley Rey does not provide return labels. Once, item is shipped please email your tracking number for us to be able to make sure we are able to track your package. 

EXCHANGES:  Once your return request is approved, ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, you will receive store credit and then you are welcome to purchase another item. 

SALES ITEMS: Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact shopharleyrey@gmail.com

SHIPPING: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LOST PACKAGES: Harley Rey is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. 

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
